Our Property Maintenance and Repairs division Veiko Design & Build include a team of Engineers, Plumbers, Electricians, Decorators, Builders and Operatives, covering the whole of the Central London area (North and South) and provide a variety of Services including ;
Gas Central Heating repairs installations and Landlords CORGI Certificates
Plumbing and Bathroom leaks, repairs, and installations
Electrical repairs, installation and NICEIC Inspections and Certificates
Carpentry repairs and works
General building repairs and works including design
Roofing repairs
Building Works including Design
Air Conditioning installation and maintenance
Drain jetting and CCTV inspection
Fault finding assessment and reporting
Estimating (free for works above
£500)
Charges :
1. No call-out fees
2.
£50 to include fault finding assessment and/or repairs for the first 30 minutes and
£75 per further hour required (chargeable pro-rata every 30 minutes)
3. Same Day service or within 24 hours response add
£25
4. Emergencies (within 2-3 hours) of call or Out of Hours (1730- 0900) call out add
£25 to the above subject to staff availability
Promises :
1. Quotebeater scheme: A promise to beat any written work quotation sent to us given by a reputable contractor on a like for like basis
2. Satisfaction guaranteed: if the work is not carried out to complete reasonable satisfaction, we promise to go back and restore or redo at no extra charge.
